All Korean players who challenged the LIV Golf League, run by the Saudi Arabian sovereign wealth fund (PIF), suffered a setback. Ham Jeong-woo, the winner of the Genesis Grand Prize for the 2023 season of the Korea Professional Golf Tour, missed the cut after finishing tied for 22nd place (2-under 70) in the second round of the promotional tournament at Abu Dhabi Golf Club (Par 72) in the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday (July 10).
